This 40s suit is almost the epitome of Noir style.   Light-weight, soft worsted wool in a dark navy blue.  Extra wide shoulders with shoulder pads.  The classic jacket styling is dramatized with an attached cape over the shoulders.  Nipped waist.  Three rhinestone buttons close the jacket.  The skirt is straight and simple with a side metal zipper.  Fully lined jacket; unlined skirt.  Really gorgeous tailoring!
